Welcome to The NDIS Pathway

Turn your lived experience into sustainable online NDIS support work – like I did, earning around $70,000 a year in under 20 hours a week.

Take a deep breath. You're exactly where you need to be.

I know this might feel surreal - starting something that's yours after years of putting everyone else first.

That knot in your stomach? The doubts about being selfish or following through? Completely normal.

You're not alone, I've been there.

Why This Course (And You) Matter

If you're here, you've likely been deep in caring - coordinating appointments, navigating systems like early intervention or aged care, supporting family with disabilities. You've built skills most never learn: resourcefulness, patience, organisation, efficient work in snatched moments.

What you might not see yet is how valuable that is. This course helps you package your hard-won expertise into online NDIS support for others in similar spots - families needing help with disability, aging, or complex care.

It's about recognising what you already bring and getting paid fairly for it. No hype, just real agency.

What We're Building Together

We'll create a legitimate online support business that fits your life:

* Works around caring responsibilities (no travel, flexible hours)

* Draws on your skills (even if they feel everyday)

* Delivers genuine help to NDIS participants (practical, tailored support)

* Builds financial independence and a sense of self

* Connects you with others who get it

Launching 12 April 2026 - self-paced, lifetime access.

How It Works

For those who chose the Full Experience, a private group for honest shares: questions, struggles, wins. No perfect reels - just carers building businesses together.

Ongoing Support

I'm here throughout - answers, problem solving, celebrations.

Your Course Roadmap

We've structured everything to build your confidence step by step, fitting around your real life - no rush, just steady progress. Start where you need to, and revisit as often as you like. Each module draws on your lived experience, keeps things simple and sustainable, and protects your energy so you can give from the heart without burnout.

Modules 1-2: Legal & Tech Foundations

Start here to feel official and secure right away. We'll guide you through ABN registration, choosing suitable insurance, and setting up simple tech systems that actually work for busy carers. No guesswork or overwhelm - just clear steps to say, "I'm in business," with everything organised and ready.

Module 3: NDIS Essentials

Demystify the NDIS system from scratch, even if it's all new to you. Learn how it works for online supports, where your skills fit in, and grab ready to use templates for compliance, clarity, and basics like service agreements or invoices. We'll point to optional extras, keeping it practical and grounded in real needs.

Modules 4-5: Delivery Excellence & Smart Tools

Get to the heart of supporting clients meaningfully. Master session structures that feel genuine, set kind boundaries to protect your time and wellbeing, and explore ethical AI tools for time-savers that respect privacy. It's about delivering value in ways that suit your rhythm, drawing on the patience and resourcefulness you've already built as a carer.

Modules 6-7: Clients & Money Matters

Find genuine referrals ethically, without pushy tactics - think quiet connections that come naturally. Handle pricing, billing, and invoices with ease, and set up sustainable income flows that work around your caring demands. We'll focus on building a client base that values your expertise, leaving you with financial agency and peace of mind.

Module 8: Long-Term Sustainability

Prevent burnout by designing a business that truly flexes around your life - adjusting for appointments, family needs, or those heavy days. Plan for the long game: scaling gently if you want, or keeping it small and steady. It's all about creating something that nourishes you, not drains you.

Bonus Module: Gems from a Lifetime

Pause for mindset reflections and quiet magic along the way. These are gentle reminders to celebrate small wins, normalise doubts, and stay grounded in why you're doing this - reclaiming your little piece of agency and fulfilment. Use them whenever you need a breath.

Questions? Here's what you need to know

When will this be available?

April 2026. You can join the waitlist now for early access and pre-launch pricing. Waitlist members get first entry to the course and community before doors open to the public.

Do I need qualifications?

No formal qualifications are required, but you’ll need standard worker clearances such as NDIS screening and police checks. Your existing experience, whether from work, caring, or volunteering, already counts. The NDIS Pathway helps you use those skills in a professional way.

What if I don't know about the NDIS?

You don’t need to be an expert. The NDIS Pathway covers the practical basics you’ll need and points you to optional extra training, like NDIS Worker Orientation or Mental Health First Aid, when you’re ready. You’ll learn what matters now and what can wait.

How much can I realistically earn?

It depends on your hours, your local area, and how you build your service. Some people start with a few hours a week; others build to a stable part-time income or more. The NDIS Pathway includes examples and planning tools so you can decide what suits your situation.

What if I'm not tech‐savvy?

If you can use email or video calls, you have what you need. All lessons are written clearly with step by step instructions and screenshots. If you chose the Full Experience, you’ll also have access to the community and monthly Q&A calls if you want extra help.

What if life gets busy or I fall behind?

That’s fine. The NDIS Pathway is self-paced, and your access never expires. You can pause, come back later, and keep going at a rhythm that works for you.
