These Terms and Conditions set out how Beautiful Lights Pty Ltd trading as Little Piece provides its courses, memberships, communities and services.
By purchasing, accessing or using any Little Piece product or service, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Beautiful Lights Pty Ltd trading as Little Piece.
References to “you” mean the person purchasing or using our products or services.
2. What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to all products and services we offer now or in future, including:
• Online NDIS Support Work Blueprint
⚬ Essentials
⚬ Full Experience
• Online Homeschool Support Blueprint (when released)
• Community Add-On
• The Little Piece Collective
• 1:1 Mentoring with Mel
• Any other digital products, courses, resources, workshops, memberships, coaching or services listed on our website or sales pages.
Specific inclusions for each offer are described on the relevant page at the time of purchase.
We may update or improve content over time. Any changes will not remove the core inclusions that were clearly stated when you joined.
3. Access and inclusions
3.1 Online NDIS Support Work Blueprint – Essentials
• Self-paced online course.
• Delivered mainly through written lessons, templates, checklists and support resources.
• Includes lifetime access to the core course materials and future updates for as long as the program exists and is operated by us.
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course, not your personal lifetime.
3.2 Online NDIS Support Work Blueprint – Full Experience
• Includes everything in Essentials.
• Includes access to the private Little Piece community for 12 months from your purchase date.
• Includes monthly group sessions with Mel during that 12 month period.
• Includes lifetime access to the core course materials and updates as above.
After 12 months, community access and group sessions end unless you continue via a separate membership or offer (if available).
3.3 Online Homeschool Support Blueprint
• Will be released separately.
• Inclusions and access terms will be confirmed at launch in line with this framework.
3.4 Community Add-On
• Available to eligible course buyers.
• Charged as a recurring monthly subscription while active.
• Includes access to the private community and any included group sessions.
• Access continues while payments are current. Access ends at the end of the paid period after cancellation.
3.5 The Little Piece Collective
• Invite only membership for approved graduates.
• Recurring monthly or annual subscription.
• Inclusions and pricing are set out at the time of joining and may be updated for new members.
3.6 1:1 Mentoring with Mel
• Delivered as online one to one sessions.
• May be purchased as a single session or bundle.
• Bundles must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase.
We may adjust formats, platforms or delivery methods from time to time, but will not deliberately reduce the core value of what you purchased.
4. Payments
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase through approved payment methods, including secure card payments via Stripe.
Where a payment plan is offered:
• instalments are processed automatically using the payment method you provide
• you agree to complete all instalments as part of your purchase
If a payment on a plan or subscription fails and is not brought up to date within a reasonable time, access to the relevant course, community or membership may be paused or cancelled until payments are current.
A card processing fee of up to 1.8% may apply. Any surcharge will be clearly disclosed at checkout and will not exceed our actual cost of accepting that payment method.
We do not charge hidden or excessive fees.
5. Refunds and guarantees
This refund policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a remedy if a product or service fails to meet consumer guarantees.
5.1 Online NDIS Support Work Blueprint (Essentials and Full Experience)
For change of mind or suitability:
• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase,
• provided you have not accessed beyond Module 2 of the course.
If you feel the Blueprint is not a good fit within this limit, email [email protected] with your name, purchase email and order details.
If eligible, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem with the course or it is not as described, you may have additional rights.
5.2 Community Add-On, community access and memberships
This applies to:
• Community Add-On
• The community component of the Full Experience once you have begun using it
• The Little Piece Collective
• Any ongoing membership or subscription
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused time in a current paid period.
You may cancel future payments at any time in line with the instructions provided. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
If we do not provide what was clearly described, your consumer rights may apply.
5.3 1:1 Mentoring with Mel
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may be forfeited.
• Completed sessions are not refundable for change of mind.
• If we cancel or fail to deliver a session, we will reschedule or refund.
5.4 How to request a refund
To request a refund under this policy, email [email protected] with:
• your full name
• purchase email
• order number or details
• a brief explanation of your request
We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and explain the next steps.
6. Community standards and professional conduct
Our programs and communities are based on safety, respect and ethical practice.
By joining any Little Piece community or using our materials with clients, you agree to:
• treat others with respect and kindness
• maintain confidentiality and privacy for clients and members
• keep clear and appropriate boundaries
• not engage in harassment, bullying, discrimination or harmful behaviour
• not promote MLMs, unsafe schemes or misleading offers
• not copy, screenshot, share or reproduce other members’ posts or stories outside the community
All course content, templates, SOPs, replays and community resources are for your personal learning and your own business use. They must not be shared, copied, resold or presented as your own training.
When working with your own clients, you are responsible for:
• protecting client privacy when working from home
• minimising interruptions during paid sessions as reasonably as you can
• avoiding having children or others present in a way that breaches confidentiality
• storing client information securely and in line with any legal or regulatory requirements
We may restrict or cancel community access for serious or repeated breaches of these standards. This does not remove any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. NDIS disclaimer
• Little Piece, Beautiful Lights Pty Ltd and the Online NDIS Support Work Blueprint are not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the NDIS, NDIA or any government agency.
• The Blueprint is based on experience, public information and general good practice for non clinical, non therapeutic support roles.
You are responsible for:
• ensuring your services comply with current NDIS rules, codes and safeguards
• seeking legal, compliance or professional advice where required
We do not present this program as official NDIS training or formal accreditation.
8. No guarantee of income or outcomes and your responsibility
We provide education, tools, examples and support.
We do not guarantee:
• any specific income
• a minimum number of clients
• business success or results
Your outcomes depend on your own actions, choices, skills, capacity, boundaries, ethics and circumstances.
You are fully responsible for:
• how you use the information and tools
• your business decisions and marketing
• the services you provide to clients
Little Piece and Beautiful Lights Pty Ltd are not liable for your conduct, your business arrangements or any representations you make in your own work.
9. No legal, financial, medical or clinical advice
All information in our courses, communities and resources is general in nature.
Nothing we provide is:
• legal advice
• financial or tax advice
• medical, psychological or therapeutic advice
• NDIS approval, certification or endorsement
You should seek appropriately qualified advice for your individual situation.
10. Intellectual property
All course content, text, templates, SOPs, worksheets, videos, graphics, resources and community materials are owned by Beautiful Lights Pty Ltd trading as Little Piece, unless credited otherwise.
When you purchase, you are granted a personal, non transferable licence to:
• access and use the materials for your own learning
• adapt templates within your own business and client work
You must not:
• share files or access with others who have not purchased
• publish, resell or distribute our materials as your own
• reproduce member posts or community content outside the group
• create a competing course or program that substantially copies our structure or materials
11. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
We collect and use your information to:
• manage your enrolment and account
• process payments
• provide course and community access
• send relevant updates and support
We do not sell your personal information.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
• our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our choice, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply, unless the failure is a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law
• we are not responsible for loss of income, profit, opportunity or other indirect loss arising from your use, misuse or non use of our materials
We do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Where changes materially affect existing students or members, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
If there is a dispute, it will be dealt with in that jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
