These Terms & Conditions are here to give us both clarity and peace of mind so you can focus on building something sustainable around your life. I’ve kept them straightforward and fair, just as I run things at Beautiful Lights. They reflect the caring, ethical approach we take in every module. Please read them - they protect your rights under Australian Consumer Law while setting clear, kind expectations.
By purchasing or accessing The NDIS Pathway or any of our courses or services (the “Course”), you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. What the Course Includes The NDIS Pathway is available in different options (details clearly shown at the time of purchase). All options include self-paced online modules, Canva workbook, templates, checklists, and resources. Some options also include access to the private community and/or monthly live group sessions.
“Lifetime access” to core course materials means for the life of the Course while we operate it. We may update content over time to keep it current (for example, with NDIS changes), but the core inclusions at the time of your purchase remain.
2. Payments Payment is required at purchase via secure methods. If a payment plan is offered, you agree to all instalments. Access may be paused if payments are not kept current.
3. Money-Back Guarantee We want you to feel confident starting.
You are eligible for a full refund if you request one within 14 days of purchase OR before opening Module 3, whichever happens first.
Before you open Module 3, you will be shown a short confirmation form that clearly states: by proceeding to open Module 3 you are choosing to continue with the Course and will no longer be eligible for the money-back guarantee (even if you are still within the 14-day window). Accessing Module 3 acts as your acknowledgement that you understand and accept this.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name, purchase email, order details and reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Course has a major problem or is not as described, you may have further remedies.
4. Community Standards (where community access is included) The private community is a supportive space for people building NDIS support businesses around caring responsibilities. By joining you agree to:
Treat others with kindness and respect
Keep discussions confidential
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
Not share commercial promotions, discriminatory content, or harmful advice
Not screenshot or share other members’ posts outside the group
We may remove access for serious or repeated breaches (without refund, except where Australian Consumer Law requires). This is a moderated space, but we cannot guarantee every interaction.
5. Intellectual Property All Course materials, including modules, workbook, templates, documents, checklists, and resources, are owned by us.
When you purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to:
Access and use the materials for your own learning, and
Adapt and personalise the templates and documents for your own business and client work only.
You must not:
Share files or access with others who have not purchased
Publish, resell, or distribute our materials (or substantial parts of them) as your own
Create a competing course or program that substantially copies our structure or materials
The templates and documents are provided specifically so you can personalise them - please stick to that guidance and use them ethically within your own practice.
