The Online NDIS Support Work Blueprint opens in December 2025.

Do I need qualifications?

No formal qualifications are required for the non-clinical online support roles covered in this Blueprint.

You will need:

• NDIS Worker Check (where relevant)

• Police check

• Working With Children Check if working with children or young people

• Any extra checks required for the services you choose to offer

Your existing experience, whether from work, caring or volunteering, already counts. The Blueprint helps you turn that experience into safe, professional support.

Is this NDIS approved or endorsed?

No.

This program is created by Little Piece and is not an official NDIS, NDIA or government product.

You will learn:

• how online support can sit within NDIS expectations

• how to work ethically and clearly within your role

You are responsible for staying up to date with NDIS rules relevant to your work.

The course links to official resources to help you do that.

Will this make me employed by Little Piece?

No.

Little Piece does not employ graduates.

This Blueprint gives you education, tools and structure so you can set up your own services or roles.

You remain independent.

Will you find clients for me?

No.

We are not an agency.

The Blueprint:

• helps you describe your services clearly

• gives you simple outreach and visibility tools

• supports you to feel confident presenting yourself

You are responsible for your own client relationships.

The aim is to help you do that in a calm, ethical and sustainable way.

What if I am not tech-savvy?

If you can use email and basic video calls, you are in the right place.

Inside the Blueprint:

• lessons are written clearly

• processes are broken into small steps

• recommended tools are simple and low stress

If you choose the Full Experience, you can also access community support and monthly sessions with Mel.

How long do I have access?

For Essentials and Full Experience:

• You have lifetime access to the course materials and future updates, for as long as the program exists.

For community access:

• Full Experience includes 12 months of community and sessions from your purchase date.

• Community Add-On and future memberships continue while your subscription is active.

Can I work with kids at home or during caring duties?

You can build this work around real life, but this is not an alternative to childcare.

When you are working with a client, they deserve your focus, privacy and professionalism.

That means:

• no children on your lap during paid sessions

• minimising interruptions as much as reasonably possible

• using headphones or a private space so others cannot hear client information

• keeping all client details and conversations confidential

You do not need a perfect home. You do need to protect your clients’ privacy and dignity.

The Blueprint includes guidance and simple setup ideas to help you create a safe work environment, even in a busy house.

Is this a scam, MLM or high ticket scheme?

No.

There are:

• no recruitment chains

• no product reselling requirements

• no hidden upsells or secret tiers

You are paying for education, templates, tools and support to build real, ethical services of your own.

Who is this for?

This Blueprint is for people who want to support others in a safe, ethical and flexible way, often from home.

It suits you if you:

• are caring for family, managing your own health, or need flexible work

• enjoy helping, listening and organising

• want clear guidance, tools and structure without hype

You do not need to be loud, extroverted or salesy. Steady, kind and reliable is ideal.

Who is this not for?

This is not a fit if you:

• want a quick fix or guaranteed income

• are not willing to follow basic ethical and safety guidelines

• are looking for clinical, therapy or medical qualifications

• expect done-for-you business setup or client supply

This is practical education and support, not a job placement or registration service.

Am I registering as an NDIS provider by joining?

No.

Joining this Blueprint does not register you as an NDIS provider.

You will learn:

• the difference between registered and unregistered providers

• common ways independent workers choose to set up

• what to consider before deciding your structure

You stay in control of how you set up and operate.

How much can I realistically earn?

It depends on:

• your hours

• your chosen services

• your boundaries, systems and consistency

Some people start with a few hours a week. Others grow into steady part-time income or more.

Inside the Blueprint you will find examples and simple planning tools so you can explore what is realistic for your life without big promises or pressure.

What if I don’t know much about the NDIS?

You do not need to be an expert to begin.

The Blueprint:

• explains key concepts in plain language

• focuses on what matters for safe, simple online support work

• points you to trusted official resources for further learning if you choose

You will learn enough to start safely and build from there.

What is the difference between Essentials and Full Experience?

Essentials

Full Experience

• Everything in Essentials

• 12 months of access to the private community

• 12 months of monthly group sessions with Mel

• Priority access to new templates and resources

If you start with Essentials, you can add the community later for $29 per month if you decide you would like extra connection and support.

What if life gets busy or I fall behind?

That is expected.

You can pause and come back at any time.

The course is self-paced and your access does not expire.

• There is a 14 day money back guarantee from your purchase date

• It applies as long as you have not accessed beyond Module 2

Community memberships (including the community part of the Full Experience once used), the Little Piece Collective and completed 1:1 mentoring sessions are not refundable except as required by law.
